Innovation Village @ Rockingham is a 365-acre, County-owned, Class A master planned research and technology park.
With research partnerships with local colleges and unversities, and strategic alliances with other members of the business community, IV@R is destined to become a high-tech and bio-tech hub, perfectly suited for organizations in the life sciences, energy, information technology, and agriculture and crop science industries.
IV@R has sites awaiting development, ranging from 10 acres to 40 acres. Lots have not been subdivided and can be reconfigured to meet your needs.
Infrastructure, including natural gas and fiber optics, is in place.
