Master Plan
The Center’s conceptual plan exhibits progressive designs planned within an attractive and aesthetically pleasing setting. The Center will contain high quality buildings integrated into a natural, landscaped environment. Although the conceptual plan has been established, each new campus or site will be customized to meet a company’s specific needs. The Center’s protective covenants will ensure long term, quality development. Located just two miles from Interstate 81 on U.S. Route 11, the Center contains a 4-lane divided roadway, all major utilities, access to fiber optics, Center-wide lakes that serve as a storm water management system, and landscaping, lighting and signage installed at the main entrance. Future concepts will include support services, i.e. banking, restaurant, shopping, pedestrian trials, and workforce housing for the employees of companies located in the center.
