  • Rockingham County will allow for healthy, managed growth while protecting and capitalizing on the assets which have encouraged people to come here in the first place.
  • The actions of citizens and businesses of the County will reflect our understanding that we do not "own" the land, rather we only borrow it from our children.
  • The County will be a place where our children can live and enjoy an even better quality of life than we have enjoyed.
